FREE Returns
the quality was good however Vevor has false advertisement. looking at the description on the product it clearly reads : 30-day Free Returns
All our products can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! The same warranty applies to replacement products.
Refund for lost packages / damaged items
If you receive your package and find that some items were lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for those items.
However i needed a lower profile seat so i purchased another one from Vevor and started my return process to find out that i would have to negotiate a refund price lower than i paid and keep the seat which was no use to me or i would have to pay for return shipping to get a full refund so that is clearly false advertisement and now i have to advertise and sell a seat i do not need
