Hi,
I bought two pieces.
They arrived extremely quickly. The product is very nice and as described.
The only downside is that the vinyl is very thin.
After half an hour of use on a chair, it cracked at the seat.
The customer service guys were impeccable. They replaced the product in 5-6 days. I'm very thankful for that.
I hope it doesn't crack again.

Cuscino Seduta non Reversibile Bianco
I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received the boat seat. It arrived in just a couple of days. When I opened it up, it was bubble wrapped inside it's container and it also came with new stainless screws. It was so easy to attach to the base and I didn't have to purchase any extra hardware. Nice to get something that I didn't have to buy more stuff to put it together.

Cuscino Sedile Non Reversibile
