I love my new chair. Performs well and has no problem with my daily inclines. Has good speed and turns on a dime. One of the nicest things is that you can set the motors to "free wheel" and it is very easier to push than a wheelchair. I only wish I could purchase an extra battery for it. I travel a bit and would like to have a backup on charge. I tried customer service but never got an answer. Will try again.

Only had this chair a few days and everything is good but this thing talks when I turn it on and while using. I have no way to control how loud or to turn it off. It drives me crazy!

Arrived promptly and was essentially assembled already. Works fine and with a bit of practice, will be of great benefit to my 82 year old friend.

I got this wheelchair for my grandpa, however there are issues 1. The comfort is lacking for him. he's a larger person and finds the top bar uncomfortable and digs into the top of his back, even with the pad on it. also, the headrest is in a strange spot causing it to be too far back and useless. his posture is not great, but even for me, with excellent posture, i still find the headrest to be too far back. 2. he finds the power to be lacking. it's usable but going over bumps and small ledges around where he lives can feel unconfident. however, i do think this can still be a good wheelchair for someone who fits it well

The quality of the electric chair is good but the customer service isn't good. This wheelchair was advertised that the controls could be setup on either side. It came setup for the right hand. We needed it for the left hand. The bracket for the control was not universal to be used the same on either side. The setup on the left was not possible to be configured the same using that same bracket. Customer was no help. I contacted them twice and they did not address my problem and considered it solved when they did nothing. I ended up doing my own modification to solve the problem. Do not order this chair if want to control it from the left side. I hope nothing goes wrong with this chair as I suspect I will receive no help from their customer service

Arrived 2 days ago. Complete piece of junk. Cheap materials, no instructions for the several bags of nuts, bolts, washers and brackets. No brakes were with the chair, and the customer service is an absolute joke. Trying to return this thing! That seems to be a challenge as well!

Sorry, to say this wheelchair didn't work with a fully charged battery we'll not engage to move.

Will not turn left or right without going forward. Not good in tight spaces. I do not like the voice directions. "Reverse,use caution", "welcome to your wheel chair"etc. Is there any ay to disconnect this ? Is there a replacement control panel without this feature? Thanks Mar

Customer service is terrible. Chair is broken paid for extended warranty been a wk and no one has gotten back to me after being told 1-2 business days. My mother is at therapy retreat and im having to rent a chair for 90 a day.. i

It works, but its very loud the battery/motor when using. How to make turns and very uncomfortable on my body. I wish I had the time to shop around more but I lost my legs and need some thing asap.
