decent chair and does massage the back and buttocks and back of thighs but does not even reach the shoulders or neck which is what I really wanted. also massages very hard even when you turn down massage level is still very hard on the back.

Worked really hard the last few months and wanted to treat myself to something and was very disappointed in this purchase. I love vevor products but this massage chair is the lower end of the line but that definitely not worth $1,000 with tax and the protection plan which is a good idea for something with so many moving parts. It was easy to set up I didn't really need the instructions to plug it all in and hook it all up, the controller is confusing and it can't really do everything all at the same time. One thing I noticed was the fact that I'm five six and the neck massaging part is in the middle of my head unless I sit on two pillows and then the foot massaging part is not getting the bottom of my feet. I'd sat in a friend's massage chair prior to buying this one and I was able to push my feet down to apply more pressure to the rollers this one because it's self-adjusts is on like a spring so you can never really push down into it I was hoping to have a full body massage but this is definitely not the one if you are someone on the shorter stature. I know it's the economy version but I didn't even get the Bluetooth to work it just will never connect on two different phones. Hopefully they take it back and refund me the money so I can buy a larger one to see if it's just the low end of the scale or my height

Fauteuil massant de qualité. Il est vraiment multi zone Le seul bémol c'est de ne pas pouvoir régler la puissance des rouleaux. Honnêtement c'est presque douloureux au niveau de la nuque, des épaules et des omoplates. J'ai commandé un tapis de gym absorbant pour le glisser entre le dos et l'assise afin de pouvoir amortir un peu (pas encore reçu). A voir à l'usage. Sinon le siège est connectable en bluetooth avec votre téléphone ou votre télévision. Cela permet de regarder un série pendant la séance c'est vraiment top.

I was very excited to receive my massage chair, and I have to say that the delivery was fast, which was a great start. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that the chair arrived damaged. The good news is that some of the chair features does work, but the zero gravity is broken and overall it’s still a real shame to receive a brand-new product in damaged condition, especially when you’re excited to finally receive it. This is my first experience with VEVOR, so I’m hoping their customer service will be able to help and find a fair solution. I would be happy to update my review if the issue is resolved. I am also unable on the app to upload any of the photos unfortunately... Hopefully VEVOR can make this right!

The description what shows before I bought nothing was matched when it came when I use it. It was really bad and I called before customer service. They are really bad. I will never buy from anything anymore.

Dit is mijn 2e aankoop in massagestoelen. De eerste heeft het 15(!) jaar volgehouden, een van de eerste typen (Sanyo). Daarmee vergelekenis deze van VEVOR weer een innovatieve sprong vooruit. Hele fijne massagestoel en zeer mooie afwerking. Je ligt heerlijk in deze kuip. Goede massages maar wel onvoldoende nekmassage in de automatische proigramma's opgenomen. Echt een teleurstelling. Daar was de Sanyo echt superieur in. De AI besturing is jammer genoeg alleen actie voor het activeren van programma's en aan/uit functie. Je zou alle functies met je stem moeten kunnen bedienen. Zeker wanneer de massage actief is zitten je armen opgesloten in de airbagsen kun je het apparaat niet meer bedienen! PLUS: - Uitgebreide keuze in automatische programma's. - Fijne massagevoorzieningen. ❤❤❤ THAI massage!! - Goede mechaniek. - Stijlvolle aanwinst in de werkkamer. - Goede prijs/kwalitietverhouding. MIN: - Slechte kwaliteit luidsprekers. Blikkerig geluid. - Bij een aantal massageprogramma's wordt relaxmuziek gestart. Fijn, maar er wordt steeds één nummer eindeloos herhaald gedurende een automatisch programma van 20 minuten. In totaal 6x hetzelfde nummer aanhoren werkt averechts op de ontspannende massage. Dit is echt een tekortkoming. Als de massage loopt en je armen in de airbags zitten kun je de audio niet meer uitzetten. - Bloeddrukmeting klopt niets van (vergeleken met gekeurd meetapparaat). - Onvoldoende aandacht voor nekmassage in meegeleverde programma's. TIPS voor fabrikant: - Maak een beweegbare kap die je over je hoofd kan trekken (gelijk aan een helm) voor nog meer privacy beleving. - Betere audiovoorziening. Erg blikkerig geluid. - Volumeknop in houder rechterarm zou een zeer nuttige feature zijn! - Minimaal een halfuur aan muziek meeleveren in plaats van eindeloos hetzelfde nummer herhalen gedurende massageprogramma. - "Health" meting verbeteren. - AI besturing uitbreiden/upgraden. Over het algemeen ben ik tevreden maar dit apparaat verdient verbetering (upgrading mogelijk via USB?) in een volgende softwareversie. Blij met de aanschaf.

It is Impossible to get answers to simple questions about usage and controls. The computer and human send you to a thin booklet that DOES NOT have the answer. It is soooo frustrating! Only want to know how to be STOP the auto massage that it auto starts. How could one seat at zero gravity to relax with no massage or just air? AND without ALL “deflating” to a point where you feel every hard part all over your body The mini videos show auto modes, not how to operated upon your decision. Each time after it scans the body massage begins and I want to STOP it having cushion on, heat and air. It looks great, impressive. It rotation is fantastic until you are at its mercy as each mode seems too strong, opinion x 3 people. Super easy to assemble! And afán looks great just wish I can have it do what I WANT to experience.

Preis Leistung prima 😁. Scanner Last zu wünschen.... Bedienung sollte überarbeitet werden... Sprache Einstellung währe wünschenswert.

I don't like that the tablet doesn't have proper backlighting; if the room is dark, I can't see the buttons on the tablet. Also, the intensity or strength of the massage is not adjustable; sometimes it's painful, and I want to reduce the intensity, but there's no such option on the tablet.
