Arrived 2 days ago. Complete piece of junk. Cheap materials, no instructions for the several bags of nuts, bolts, washers and brackets. No brakes were with the chair, and the customer service is an absolute joke. Trying to return this thing! That seems to be a challenge as well!

Sorry, to say this wheelchair didn't work with a fully charged battery we'll not engage to move.

Will not turn left or right without going forward. Not good in tight spaces. I do not like the voice directions. "Reverse,use caution", "welcome to your wheel chair"etc. Is there any ay to disconnect this ? Is there a replacement control panel without this feature? Thanks Mar

Customer service is terrible. Chair is broken paid for extended warranty been a wk and no one has gotten back to me after being told 1-2 business days. My mother is at therapy retreat and im having to rent a chair for 90 a day.. i

It works, but its very loud the battery/motor when using. How to make turns and very uncomfortable on my body. I wish I had the time to shop around more but I lost my legs and need some thing asap.

Hello, In regards to your request for a product review of the "All Terrain Wheelchair" . I have had thus unit for about 3 weeks now and it seems to be of sturdy construction, after the initial battery charge up. I was excited to have an all terrain unit that would get me from my house to my shop, I lost my right leg above the knee last July and spent considerable time in the hospital. As I said I was excited to try my new wheelchair, for the first few days it seemed the unit operated properly but as time went on and the chair received more use, I found it somewhat lacking in power to overcome small obstacles. The unit hesitates and labors to move up slight slope grades. As advertised the chair would travel some 13 km on a full charge, I have found that may have been a bit of an exaggerated claim. The battery seems to discharge rather quickly and seems to require a considerable amount of time to recharge the battery. It concerns me that the battery charge seems not to be sufficient to allow any extended use especially for 13 km, one fears being stranded far from home. I seem to be concerned about it's capabilities and find it spends most of it time parked. I believe it best to sell this unit in the near future. Thank you Garry Huppe

I bought this for my husband with hemiplegia. Seemed like a nice product and I’ve purchased multiple, non-mechanical items from Vevor (threshold ramps, shower wheelchair, commode and an awesome telescoping ladder). The electric wheelchair never worked. It would charge for 8 hours and then when unplugged, beeped incessantly to indicate a failure. The User Manual and Troubleshooting directions were written by a non-English speaker and hence were useless. I submitted three tickets to customer service but only got delayed and patronizing responses instead of assistance . I tried calling the customer service number (13 times during their time zone business hours) but every time, after waiting two minutes and 18 seconds, the recording said, “No agents are available. Call back later” and hung up. I’ve initiated a charge-back and will be reporting them to the Attorney General’s Office for fraud. The last population of people who need this nonsense are the disabled and their caregivers.

The Wheelchair battery caught fire while being charged. How do I file a complaint and get a refund? 2 Units were both burnt beyond salvage.

hi im going to write a review of this chair,ive been useing this chair for a month now its not been very reliable,when i try and use it outside it will barely move in the cold,as well as in the house,it does not like going left or right,its not the battery it stays charged for two days in the house,the control stick does not work very well it makes me drive into things in my house,for instance when im going forward and i let off of the control stick it keeps going for another 12 to 16",this control stick i believe is almost worn out,i believe it needs a better control stick and better motors with more energy,thankyou for dealing with me proptly and with such courtisy
