I'm very disappointed in the performance. Very low power, and the turning radius is awful. What is your return policy?

The mobility scooter is smaller than I expected. I took it on a small tiled/tilled area and ended up falling off, so I definitely recommend being cautious on uneven surfaces. One major drawback is how loud the scooter is. I use it mostly inside my home, and the reverse beeping noise cannot be turned off, which is extremely frustrating. On the positive side, the battery life is good and the speed is reliable. It works well for basic indoor use, but there are definitely a few design issues that could be improved.

Scooter does not work

I have text with your system three times to get a wheel for the three wheel orange scooter sent to me what you guys sent it for free neither one of the times have you guys responded? The customer service at this company is horrible.

I have purchase this mobile scooter for my mom about a few weeks ago. After charging the battery the scooter doesn't work. I contacted product support and have been exchanging emails without any success to resolve this issue. They said that product support team doesn't provide any telephone support. I'm very frustrated and my mom who is waiting to use this mobile scooter is still waiting to do so. Not happy, very disappointed.

This company false advertises free returns. Bought as a gift, tried to return and was only offered $54 refund. Do not purchase from this company.
