Não consigo programar o aparelho através do Wi-Fi. Através do bluetooth só funciona quando o telemóvel está em casa. Quando saio com o telemóvel o Bluetooth deixa de ativar o aparelho.

A máquina, em teoria seria capaz de difundir o cheiro por uma área grande. Foi colocada numa divisão pequena e mesmo assim, praticamente não liberta odor. Não estou satisfeita com o produto acho sinceramente que foi um desperdício de dinheiro. Não recomendo.

very cheap looking with thin plastic parts. covers nowhere near 1000 sq ft. my daughter has it in her 10x14 room and gets more fragrance from her lit incense.

J'ai commandé un diffuseur VEVOR à 113,99 € en décembre 2025. Il s'avère que, comme il ne fonctionne qu'avec un téléphone, je n'en voulais pas et souhaitais le retourner pour remboursement. Je souhaitais un appareil comme j'avais déjà eu, qui fonctionne avec "on et off" simplement, avec un réglage de la force et du temps de diffusion. Ce n'est qu'au bout de 14 mails que je suis arrivée à obtenir un remboursement de 90 €. Cette société ne respecte pas les lois concernant la vente par correspondance et trouve tous les prétextes pour ne pas vous rembourser, c'est une honte. A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!!

I had high hopes for the VEVOR Scent Air Machine, but unfortunately, it completely failed to function as advertised. First off, the machine is advertised as covering up to 3000 sq. ft, but I could barely smell anything even in a small room. I followed all the setup instructions, connected it via Bluetooth (which was glitchy and unreliable), and made sure I was using high-quality essential oils—but the scent output was almost non-existent. Despite its large 950ml (or 1000ml?) capacity, it seems like the diffuser just doesn’t do its job. It runs, lights up, and makes noise like it’s working, but there’s little to no fragrance dispersed in the air. I tried adjusting the settings, resetting the machine, and even moving it around the house, but nothing helped. You can feel the machine pump working, and not steam coming out, just air. There is no way this product covers 3000 sf as they claim. This is completely false. Also, they sell the diffuser and do not option to buy the scents from them. You pay over 100 dollars for a machine that comes incomplete. It is just like buying a car without tires. For something marketed as a "smart" aromatherapy machine, this feels like a major letdown. Especially at this price point, I expected much better performance. I’ve used cheaper diffusers that worked far more effectively than this. Avoid this product unless you want an expensive decorative piece that doesn’t do what it claims. Very disappointed.

I never received it!!!

I purchased the machine on 5/21 and received it about a week later. On 5/27 it stopped diffusing. After trying everything I was instructed to I requested a return/refund. The company refused. They keep telling me they want to send out a pump but it has to be built and I will have to replace the pump. The warehouse is in another area and it needs to ship to another place. They still refuse a refund on the item and I still don’t have any replacement parts. When it worked it was amazing . The scent filled my whole home. I just hate that I have to deal with a product that lasted a couple days and a refusal to replace the item.
