It came dented

The product is much smaller on the inside than the outside dimensions stated. Vevor would accept a product return but discounted the product. This is the second time I have tried to return something to Vevor and they won't accept returns. Beware of Vevor...

Il est arriver ici défectueux et mal former malheureusement j'ai beaucoup de problème avec mes choses vevor je croyais que c'étais une bonne cie par contre ils donne un bon service après vente

This box is complete junk, lock assembly , lock striker keeps bending away , so it wont keep the lid down to keep the water out, next the construction of this box. Pop rivets an sealant, yep, nothing welded , an its built out of like 22 to 24 guage metal. 250.00 an complete junk

Mucho cuidado con Vevor. Productos con relación calidad/precio bastante buena. El tema de los envíos es un DESASTRE.

Welds were broken when I opened the lid. This is Vevots response when I contacted them. “It just needs to be rewelded.”

Save yourself the headache and buy something else- box was out of square by almost 1/4”, also didn’t work for my trailer because where I could mount it the jack handle hits. 14k trailer. I’m almost on day 5 of trying to return it and Vevors customer service is terrible!!! Taking forever to get this thing returned… so do yourself a favor and buy something else

I am happy with the product. Extremely unhappy with the shipping and with Vevor's handling of shipping damage at this point. The item arrived damaged and to this point Vevor has not resolved the issue. When you purchase a new item you expect it to arrive undamaged.

The box seems decent enough. The material seems a bit thin, but the latch could be improved. Even on arrival it opened like a jack in the box when I opened the shipping box due to the latch not staying engaged. It raises concerns about how secure this box may or may not be.

It’s a nice box good price for what it is, a bit smaller than I expected and the only thing I don’t like about it is the fact that unless you take the key and lock it the lid just springs open so if you want the lid to stay closed it has to be locked
