Bought to replace our old steps for the hot tub. While not as solid as the other one, the two handles are a plus, and the third step helps. Also got the swivel railing for getting out of the tub, so it helps our aging bodies.

For a product to have the worst instructions you really have to try hard. Even accidentally, you can put together somewhat comprehensible directions on how to assemble. But to make the instructions baffling you need to work at it - small diagrams, ambiguous part identification, unclear which fasteners to use. Luckily this was not a complex set of parts. I figured it out. But it took 3x longer than it should have. The stairs are fine. Once you wrestle with the instructions.

If you’re not a good person with your hands , the directions are horrible. The steps are fine for my application but took almost 1 month to receive the steps because they sent the wrong package first. It took me 10 emails to correct their mistake. Their Answer to my problem was to give me a 15 $ coupon, now why would I order another item from you? If you wanted to help you could’ve discounted my purchase.
