Very good product,quick ship as well

The ladder works well.Treads are nice and wide for old feet. I added washers to each bolt and changed out the lag screws for #10 bolts to attach to swim platform. All modified hardware was purchased separately but in my opinion, it's well worth it.

J’ai acheté cette échelle 4 marches mais n’ai reçu la visserie que pour la trois marches. J’ai contacté le SAV, après des photos et vidéos ils m’ont envoyé ce qui manquait. Mais ce n’était pas la bonne. J’ai acheté par moi même ce qui manquait et VEVOR m’a gentiment offert une réduction en compensation

Ladder was easy to build and install, and seems like it'll last a long time. However, the rubber pads for the stairs started falling off almost immediately.

L'échelle est solide et de bonne qualité. Le prix très raisonnable. La notice de montage pas très claire. Attention, contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser, l'échelle n'est pas en alu "marin" brut, mais en alu laqué gris, nettement moins joli et résistant. Pas sûr qu'à l'usage, elle vieillisse bien...

die Teile die ermöglichen die Leiter an dem Steg zu befestigen sind falsch geliefert worden. Ich habe nämlich 2 Mal das linke Teil bekommen und keins für die rechte Seite. Zwar kann ich beide linke benutzen aber es ist ein erheblicher Schönheitsmangel. Ist es möglich jetzt das richtige zu bekommen? mfG Sophie Bossmann

I await the results of Customer Service. I am missing the “footmen”- the connection of the stair to the deck. So far Customer Service is not what i hoped for- several weeks of “wait a couple of days for our response”. Customer Service is what leads to sales. I hope they respond positively as i cant use the stair without the footmen.

Best to remove after use because if the waves get high it will flip out of bracket, otherwise it functions well

This ladder was a great price but there is an issue with the rubber being under the bolts when first installing. The bolts became loose quickly and we were lucky not to lose any. After cutting the rubber away from the area of the bolts on all steps and resecuring the ladder is much steadier and more secure. I would recommend anyone do this prior to installing it and it should be done by the manufacturer.

I thought it would have been made from stainless steel, it has been in the water for awhile and the metal has gotten a little rough feeling. Just not sure how it will standup after it has been in the water for a couple of years. Time will tell.
