Strong and lightweight
4 Gradini
I got this ladder for a floating dock in a pond. My pond freezes in the winter so I don't want to leave a ladder in the water, and I thought this would be a good option since it would be easy to store when not in use. I am really happy I purchased this. It requires very little assembly and can be installed in a matter of minutes. Mine had no missing parts. The stainless steel feels very solid and not at all flimsy, and the telescoping mechanism works smoothly. It feels secure when weighted. It can hold an impressive amount of weight, but at the same time the whole ladder is something like 10 lbs. It's very lightweight. It also looks nice, and doesn't feel cheap. It appears to be well made. Overall it's a good fit for my needs and I would order again.

Fantastic boat ladder, stainless steel, installs with only 4 bolts, awesome design

This is an excellent quality stainless steel ladder. It comes with all of the mounting hardware you need. It's 90 percent assembled in the box. You can install this in 15 minutes or less. The steps have a cool telescoping design where they can be folded up. This is perfect for boats. You can pull the steps up while leaving them attached. They are really heavy duty stainless steel. There are 4 steps. They extend down to around 4 feet in length. The steps have PVC wrapped on them to keep you from slipping. They are very comfortable to climb. They only take 4 bolts to install onto the deck. The bolts are included. You only need a standard drill to install these. Overall, this is a fantastic product for your boat. They install easily and look great. These should last forever because they're made of thick steel. I would absolutely recommend this ladder.

All aboard

This ladder comes in two pieces with a bag of bolts. Took less than 5 minutes to assemble as it was fairly straightforward. The ladder itself seems to be well made. The ladder extends and retracts very smoothly without issue. It also folds backwards to keep the ladder out of the water while underway. This is really nice because salt water will ruin everything eventually. It comes with mounting hardware too. Unlike other ladders, I've used, this ladder seems long enough to allow anyone to use their leg strength to get back into the boat and not their arm strength which is huge. Overall, great looking and well functioning unit.

'Built like a tank' rigid boat swim ladder has versatile mounting possibilities

VEVOR Boat Ladder, 4 Steps Stainless Steel Telescoping Folding Swim Deck Ladder for Rear Entry Inboard, 600lbs Capacity with Wide Non-Slip Steps & Handrails, for Outboards, Yacht, Pontoon Boat Here in the Adirondacks on Lake George, when it became time last Summer to move on from our 1995 SeaRay 170 i/o (w / 4cyl 140hp GM block) we decided to switch to an Aluminum Bass Boat, a Tracker SC-16 with 40hp Mercruiser. We gave up capacity from 6 to 4 - but in exchange we got a much lighter, durable, low maintenance Al boat. And the 40hp 4cycle modern Outboard will actually propel it within 5 mph of the SeaRay. And with gas now at $6/gl - we can better afford to run it - $20 for a day outing - not $120. Or less if we use the trolling motor and pretend we are in an 1898 Elco. Yet swimming off it? Not as easy. However, the Tracker does have a strong, rigid VersaTrack around the perimeter. We used a flexible rope ladder fastened to it last year. It works - but no question a rigid ladder would be better. Enter this one. It is Heavy. But surprisingly compact when collapsed. Though designed for permanent bolted mounting, the mounting 'straps' are actually cut from 1/8" or so plate. Plus they are welded to the 'U' handles, forming a truss. Using the center mounting holes to attach to a VersaTrack flat-top Al block adapter should work, allowing the ladder to be cantilevered over the Tracker gunnel when needed - and removed and stored when not. The truss, and plate thickness, should resist buckling at the gunnel pivot point. We shall see when the boat goes back in the water in a few weeks. 5 stars 'Built like a tank' rigid boat swim ladder has versatile mounting possibilities
