Received dented product, tried to contact Vevor several times but of no use. They didn’t return any money and closed the case. VEVOR is doing fraud with customers as they want paypal account to process the refund. What about those customers who don’t have any paypal account. I told them to refund them to the source payment account, first they agreed for partial refund, then they said we can’t do that. We can’t give you any refund. Thay are scammers

We are disappointed. We bought the food warmer before opening weekend of our breakfast buffet and our food did not stay warm. Only a couple pans closest to the heating element would stay warmer but not hot. We had customers complaining that their food was cold. We would like a refund and for someone to call us. I’d like to see other options. Thank you, Juli

Overall ok but I received with so many damages

Unit arrived on time, a day before requiring for a function, looked great. I filled with water just below the "Max" line and turned on, then a few minutes later, water was leaking form the bottom. I immediately contacted support and this is where things started to fail. I couldn't receive a RMA but was directed to problem solve all the basics, this didn't solve the issue, so they directed me to remove the bottom of the unit exposing the wiring and test. I really do not like playing with water and wiring that is live so I took it to a shop. The nuts apparently on the lines were not tightened allowing water to escape. After a few messages back and forth, Vevor refunded me some money (Not enough to cover the repairs) but there was no interest from them to do much. Unit is now working as intended. Just be aware there might be little support for products purchased.

Le réservoir fuit. J'ai contacté le service client et leur ai fourni des photos et une vidéo, en précisant que la fuite ne provenait pas du robinet. Deux jours plus tard, ils m'ont envoyé une vidéo pour réparer la fuite autour du robinet. Je suis vraiment déçu.

Both this product for my opening and this is how it came and I’m being offered 100 and told to seek a technician to fix I will never buy from this company again. This is a used product when I paid for a new product and the prices that are broken off is not in the box and the product was taped up I’m not stupid it has scratches on it

Welding seam poorly done missing an N nut for glass cover

If you want to waste your money, buy this item. Poor quality at all. I have bought more than 3 and they all are out of order. Customer service always want you to repair it after many pictures and videos you send them. I do not recommend it at all. ( The last one only last two months)

I bought two of this equipment and did not ast long.
