Bought this and it stopped heating up. Tried to get an exchange and was offered $20. I will never shop with this product again Very disappointed

We bought several cases of brats to sell for a fundraising event for our non-profit. We set this up and water spilled all over the floor the entire time. Environmental Health said they would cite us if we continued to use it because it was faulty equipment so we had to scrap use of it altogether and cook from a pot instead. Needless to say it affected our fundraising efforts horribly. The company then wants you to show a video or photo of your issue to send it back and be refunded, as if you have not already suffered enough with their faulty equipment. Talk about adding insult to injury!

Deuxième produit similaire acheté. Les deux n'ont jamais fonctionné. PAs même une seule fois. à cause de fuite incessante. J'ai laissé des vidéos, commentaire et photos pour la réclamation et le remboursement mais aucune réponse. Déception complète. Une arnaque. Je souhaite le remboursement intégral.

J'ai acheté cette machine il y a un mois. Chaque fois je l'utilise, elle fuit du côté gauche.

Unhappy with this food warmer, the stand by light does not work, the food is warmer at the end where the heating element is, when slow we move food pans around to make sure food is evenly warm. WE WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THIS WARMER.

This bain marie rusted in the velding seems after first time use. This will defintly be a leak problem in a short while. Its the same with a heater i bought. Its also rusted sheep and poor metal work.

The price was great, the look is ok the cord is to short. But the main defect is it leaks terribly

Received dented product, tried to contact Vevor several times but of no use. They didn’t return any money and closed the case. VEVOR is doing fraud with customers as they want paypal account to process the refund. What about those customers who don’t have any paypal account. I told them to refund them to the source payment account, first they agreed for partial refund, then they said we can’t do that. We can’t give you any refund. Thay are scammers
