This bain marie rusted in the velding seems after first time use. This will defintly be a leak problem in a short while. Its the same with a heater i bought. Its also rusted sheep and poor metal work.

Bonjour Je deploi toute de même le manque de tuyaux pour évacuer l'eau dans le bac et ainsi qu'une répartition uniforme de chaleur pendant le chaud.

J'ai acheté cette machine il y a un mois. Chaque fois je l'utilise, elle fuit du côté gauche.

The price was great, the look is ok the cord is to short. But the main defect is it leaks terribly

Received dented product, tried to contact Vevor several times but of no use. They didn’t return any money and closed the case. VEVOR is doing fraud with customers as they want paypal account to process the refund. What about those customers who don’t have any paypal account. I told them to refund them to the source payment account, first they agreed for partial refund, then they said we can’t do that. We can’t give you any refund. Thay are scammers

We are disappointed. We bought the food warmer before opening weekend of our breakfast buffet and our food did not stay warm. Only a couple pans closest to the heating element would stay warmer but not hot. We had customers complaining that their food was cold. We would like a refund and for someone to call us. I’d like to see other options. Thank you, Juli

Overall ok but I received with so many damages

Unit arrived on time, a day before requiring for a function, looked great. I filled with water just below the "Max" line and turned on, then a few minutes later, water was leaking form the bottom. I immediately contacted support and this is where things started to fail. I couldn't receive a RMA but was directed to problem solve all the basics, this didn't solve the issue, so they directed me to remove the bottom of the unit exposing the wiring and test. I really do not like playing with water and wiring that is live so I took it to a shop. The nuts apparently on the lines were not tightened allowing water to escape. After a few messages back and forth, Vevor refunded me some money (Not enough to cover the repairs) but there was no interest from them to do much. Unit is now working as intended. Just be aware there might be little support for products purchased.
