Warmer was burnt a month after we purchase it. Water is always there and just did not work out for us. Still trying to negotiate for the warranty

It works really well. Do not put too much water in it, you will not need as much as you think. It's better to start it off maybe an hour or more before you needed it, since it is big it takes a bit of time to warm the water. I have used it for a christmas party ( around 80 persons ) and it was so awesome to used, everyone was fed in 30 minutes ! The screws for the glass fell off thought, wish it was a regular nut so that I could really tight it. This is the only real issue I had. Definitely recommended.

C'est un excellent chauffe plat !! Mais il est coulé dans l'un des 4 côtés et je mets la vidéo en dessous et je ne pourrais plus utiliser . Et je demande un remboursement et je commande un autre chauffe plat de 10 bacs cette fois excellent !!. J'attends la réponse et c'est urgent.

Terrible quality. Leaks water within the 2 weeks of purchasing it. Customer service is terrible to communicate with. They answer you generic answers and are not personable to your issue. They make you jump through so many obsticles just to get an understanding of what your issue is They are definitely using AI customer service.

0 stars - they refuse to warranty their items, have tried for weeks to have two items replaced as I have paid for the extended warranty and they refuse to acknowledge and ship the replacement items to me. I am so disappointed in this company, they have good products just are very poor for following up when something goes wrong. There is no phone number to contact them and speak to a real person, only email communication. My business requires these items and they are basically refusing to ship the items at this point due to lack of communication.
