we bought the warmer for large event in our food truck, we trusted vevor because of our other orders. but this one....... it leaks from the get go. right out of the box. i contacted them and they tried to tell me i over filled the unit. i set it back up and filled it between max and min. turned it on and few minutes i started to leak out the bottom. i shot a video and sent it to them. they offered me $47 dollars and keep the leaking unit. its a fire shock hazard, it starts to leak out the plug and down the cord. i paid $151 and now i could loose $2000 plus daily on something that can kill or injured someone. i have beg event coming in april that i will lose money because they just want to send me $47 dollars and possible killing an employee or my self? come on vevor please make this right. Complete junk. It broke the first day, i was sent parts, fixed it, it broke again. I bought, both were broke within 30 days. Don't waste money on these. waste of time and money.

Came defective twice😭

Assurdo che uno non possa ricevere assistenza. Ordine arrivato 2 settimane dopo e soprattutto assistenza assente. La cosa assurda un rimborso parziale di soli 20€. Ridicolo.

Product was good while it lasted. It only worked for 4 months and it was not used everyday. We used it about 10 days out of every month. Very disappointed not the first product from Vevor to give out so quick.

Und als wir dieses Produkt zum zweiten Mal bestellten, wurde es zweimal vom Zoll zurückgeschickt – wer weiß, in welche Region. Wir haben dieses Produkt schon mehrmals gekauft und Sie haben uns den Kaufpreis erstattet, weil es oft nicht verfügbar war. Das ist eine totale Zeitverschwendung für uns, die wir es für unsere Kunden kaufen und montieren müssen.

25090300992618539036 The food warmer broken in less than a year. It no longer heat the food. The element burn out. What a waste of money.

Baine marie was supplied with a drainage valve which could not be inserted into the baine marie opening. Had to call the plumber to fix it and was told that the valve would not fit the opening as it was of the same diameter. Contacted customer care and they keep sending me incorrect instructional videos. They don't even have a phone number to contact.
