Und als wir dieses Produkt zum zweiten Mal bestellten, wurde es zweimal vom Zoll zurückgeschickt – wer weiß, in welche Region. Wir haben dieses Produkt schon mehrmals gekauft und Sie haben uns den Kaufpreis erstattet, weil es oft nicht verfügbar war. Das ist eine totale Zeitverschwendung für uns, die wir es für unsere Kunden kaufen und montieren müssen.

Baine marie was supplied with a drainage valve which could not be inserted into the baine marie opening. Had to call the plumber to fix it and was told that the valve would not fit the opening as it was of the same diameter. Contacted customer care and they keep sending me incorrect instructional videos. They don't even have a phone number to contact.

Bought this for commercial use and it broke down in just 3 months. Trying to get help has been a nightmare. When equipment fails, you need fast support— responses take forever and no solution has been provided. Save your time and money. Very disappointing experience.

Le réservoir fuit. J'ai contacté le service client et leur ai fourni des photos et une vidéo, en précisant que la fuite ne provenait pas du robinet. Deux jours plus tard, ils m'ont envoyé une vidéo pour réparer la fuite autour du robinet. Je suis vraiment déçu.

John vecchio Poor quality
The water tank is leaking after the first use and they send me a video that tells me to sand it and epoxy the leaky weld. Lol. I didn't want to buy a broken machine that I'm supposed to seal myself. I wanted a new machine that should work out of the box, not need a repair.
