el producto llego golpeado, la caja rota, mal empacado, con rallones, no era lo que pedi, no funciona. en terminos generales una completa basura, y aun asi me contacto con atencion al cliente y no contesta. no compren

Very bad quality. It has been rusted after less than 2 months of usage. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I don’t feel like this is worth the money!!! We bought it for our food truck and it worked for about a month and stopped warming up. We only operate 3 days a week and there is no reason it stopped working. I don’t have time to make repairs so now I just keep everything warm on the flattop in pans of water. It’s not really ideal but it’s what has to be done since a replacement was never offered, just for me to diagnose and repair myself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Junk stoped working the the first day.

Terrible quality. Leaks water within the 2 weeks of purchasing it. Customer service is terrible to communicate with. They answer you generic answers and are not personable to your issue. They make you jump through so many obsticles just to get an understanding of what your issue is They are definitely using AI customer service.

0 stars - they refuse to warranty their items, have tried for weeks to have two items replaced as I have paid for the extended warranty and they refuse to acknowledge and ship the replacement items to me. I am so disappointed in this company, they have good products just are very poor for following up when something goes wrong. There is no phone number to contact them and speak to a real person, only email communication. My business requires these items and they are basically refusing to ship the items at this point due to lack of communication.

C'est un excellent chauffe plat !! Mais il est coulé dans l'un des 4 côtés et je mets la vidéo en dessous et je ne pourrais plus utiliser . Et je demande un remboursement et je commande un autre chauffe plat de 10 bacs cette fois excellent !!. J'attends la réponse et c'est urgent.
