I wanted to upgrade our bathroom with this heated towel rack. It seems sturdy, nice powdercoated metal, I loved that the cord could be mounted on either the left or right lower post, and it has solid wall mount plugs. I would only give it 3 stars though because it only reached 53 deg Celsius (still plenty hot) even with temp adjustment versus the stated 70 deg Celcius, it foesnt offer fahrenheit, the mount screws that hold the rack to the wall are small and on the top of the posts versus the bottom (so it looks cleaner) and the wall anchors are pure garbage. Before you mount I recommend you get some high quality, collared (so it has a 'ring' around top of anchor with teeth) anchors that match the screws provided. I also didn't like the stickers and Vevor etched verbiage (which I used a sharpie pro to cover and it looks good/better as I couldnt remove with mineral spirits or other methods). I added a star because Vevor's customer service was responsive and considerate. I hope the rack lasts over time, but we shall see! Still a good value.

Item workes flawlessly and was super easy to hang. My only request would be for some sort of remote so I can be even more lazy and turn it on in my bed!

Was not happy to settle ordering my new Heated Towel bar in Black - wanted chrome but sold out everywhere! Why? Also, thought it would have a start/stop timer - only has how long it can stay on. Wanted to synch it with my new heated tile floor

Klein radiatortje voor in de badkamer. Hij heeft te weinig capaciteit om de ruimte te verwarmen, maar een droge, warme handdoek krijg je wel. Makkelijk in elkaar te zetten, duidelijke handleiding, makkelijk te monteren, inclusief alle bevestigingsmaterialen. Ik heb momenteel geen enkele verwarming in mijn badkamer en op dit moment de middelen niet voor een uitgebreide renovatie, maar deze kleine upgrade maakt alles een stuk minder Spartaans. Doet wat het moet doen, voor een scherpe prijs en zonder uitgebreide installatie: stekker in het stopcontact en klaar.

Hinta-/laatusuhteeltaan oikein hyvä. Ostaisin mieluusti toisenkin, mutta leveämmän.

Didn't get it delivered to the door as promised, CTT Express had given up on delivering it. So I had to pick it up in Las Atalayas. I don't understand why you don't use these mailboxes that are everywhere here. There is one near me, "Super Brico". At least then I would have received my package right away. Lasted less than a year before it stopped heating.

Overall a well made product. Looks nice on the wall, secure, easy to use, but disappointed that the towels don’t get very warm. For the price, I would return if I could and purchase something else.

Takes to long to heat towels

The first package came and some of the parts were wrong so I was unable to install the rack. The support ticket and parts replacement took a month. Then when I had the correct parts and went to install it, I discovered the rack itself was twisted and one corner stood about 1c cm off the wall. I think I can install it anyway by force, but there's a QA/QC issue.
