Works great heats up towels nicely

Switched to Turkish towels with this heated rack and could not be happier. Install was not exactly a breeze, but I only busted one knuckle. Highly recommend.

Lots of the same products out there, but this one is 2.5x cheaper. Awesome deal. I had some questions and their support was great—they clearly know their stuff.

Perfekcja. Polecam i pozdrawiam!

Hinta-/laatusuhteeltaan oikein hyvä. Ostaisin mieluusti toisenkin, mutta leveämmän.

Didn't get it delivered to the door as promised, CTT Express had given up on delivering it. So I had to pick it up in Las Atalayas. I don't understand why you don't use these mailboxes that are everywhere here. There is one near me, "Super Brico". At least then I would have received my package right away. Unfortunately I won't order anything from you again due to poor delivery. They had both the correct address and phone number. Best regards Hjørdis Oskarsdottir

Lasted less than a year before it stopped heating.

Overall a well made product. Looks nice on the wall, secure, easy to use, but disappointed that the towels don’t get very warm. For the price, I would return if I could and purchase something else.

Takes to long to heat towels

The first package came and some of the parts were wrong so I was unable to install the rack. The support ticket and parts replacement took a month. Then when I had the correct parts and went to install it, I discovered the rack itself was twisted and one corner stood about 1c cm off the wall. I think I can install it anyway by force, but there's a QA/QC issue.
