Quality issues, otherwise decent
The first package came and some of the parts were wrong so I was unable to install the rack. The support ticket and parts replacement took a month. Then when I had the correct parts and went to install it, I discovered the rack itself was twisted and one corner stood about 1c cm off the wall. I think I can install it anyway by force, but there's a QA/QC issue.

didnt last but 6 mo
1 year review... started out great. loved it. wrapping up in a warm towel after a shower feels amazing. appeared to be made sturdy/good quality but only lasted about 6 mo and now wont heat. turns on fine but its now just an expensive towel rack. will not buy another or recommend.
