Probably made a bad choice because from my last purchase I found out that you can not get parts for anything you sell.p

I tried everything. I installed the backflow preventer, expansion tank to stop backflow, tried adjusting the water pressure and this thing just won't stop backflowing and the backflow valve works because it doesn't backflow if the faucets are on. Waste of time and money.

The product looks okay but I didn't receive th acc listed. There should have been a package inside of the box with the pressure valve/ teflon tape/ etc. Seems to be an employee simply did not insert the parts and put a sticker on the Hot Water heater that is completely irrelevant.

I don’t think I ever want to shop with Vevor ever again. Horrible customer service company and not satisfactory at all.

The first one I ordered never showed up. The one I finally got only lasted a few months. Customer service is non existent. I should’ve just bought a better brand name.

I bought this water heater because they advertised it as continuous hot water. The hot water ran out after 5 minute shower then took an hour before I had hot water again. plus it has made my pressure really low. Not happy that i have to go through and install another water heater after I already sey it up for this one. Waiting on return instructions

The box and the tank was damage, I sign the return ticket right after an hour, but not thing is done to return. only one email to contact, they wait 72 hours and email that the complain is resold. I will never buy any thing from VEVOR AGAIN.

Junk! Turned I and got hot then stopped heating! Took fighting with Vevor for two weeks before they would refund my money! Now I’m stuck paying to dispose of the crap! Vevor is going down hill fast! Their products used to be better quality now you’re lucky if you get what you order and if it is what you order your lucky if it works!
