LS Not easy to collapse from A-frame position
The instructions are very poorly written, then they are translated into English, making them even worse. There are no instructions on how to collapse the ladder from the A-frame position. I contacted the company via live chat and they were very quick in responding. I was told that it had to be sent to a technical specialist. I was updated regularly stating that there is no answer yet. Finally they said there is no solution and offered a $30 rebate instead. I would have rather had an answer but 30 bucks is 30 bucks. The credit was issued soon after.

Fungerer greit. Svak i topp låsen.
Jeg tørr ikke å stå over mitten.
Har innrykk av att en ren utrteks stige er stødigere i den lengden. Men trappe funksjon er bra.
Men denne kan ikke brukes med forskjellige lengde på beina!

Very flimsy. Says holds 300+ lbs, not so. At 200 never felt safe. Very small rings, not good for size 12 shoes. Locking system doesn't always work easily. Constantly fighting to change heighth and position, hard to move around. Vevor stated free returns however, poor customer service, phone numbers disconnected, emails are auto responses. Had to get my bank to charge back and still waiting for a message on how to return. Can't recommend this product nor the Vevor brand.
