Damaged and refusing to honor warranty

Damaged and refusing to honor warranty 1 Damaged and refusing to honor warranty 1
The ladder arrived damaged and even though I purchased the warranty, Vevor is refusing to make the issue right. They keep saying it's 'resolved' and I have to keep reopening the ticket to try and get a return label sent to me. I'm starting to believe this company is a scam.

5 Gradini Colore Metallico Senza Accessorio
Brak możliwości dokupienia blach tak by stworzyć podest. Żenada

Good quality ladder
5 Gradini Vernice a Spruzzo Senza Accessorio
I love the ladder, I had the chance to use a couple times already and it feels pretty strong. The only thing I dont like is that is not wide enough for an adult. I am 6'2 and it is kinda hard for me to use it due to the steps not being wide enough. Other than that I am happy with my purchase
