J’ai acheté des étagères pour environ 1 400 € car elles étaient annoncées comme pouvant supporter une charge importante. Après le montage, je les ai trouvées peu stables et la qualité ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Depuis plus de deux semaines, j’échange avec le service client. J’ai reçu plusieurs réponses contradictoires : destruction du produit, retour à mes frais avec remboursement ultérieur, puis nouvelles demandes. À ce jour, aucune solution simple n’a été mise en place pour récupérer des étagères de 200 kg. Je trouve le service après-vente très décevant. Pour un produit aussi lourd et encombrant, je m’attendais à ce que le vendeur organise directement la collecte ou propose une solution de retour réellement adaptée. Très mauvaise expérience avec le service client. Je ne recommande pas.

The outer posts are malleable and of soft metal so not ideal; cost is high for quality of shelf No comparison to Husky or Whelan shelves which cost more but have a great warranty and are durable

Wire shelves did not fit properly on the frame. Would not recommend this product

The vertical post come in two pieces. the clip holding them together blocks the holes to make the shelfs the right height to hold storage bins.

Parts broken. Couldn’t use one shelf.

Il bought this item with the warranty . Never had a call back on my request. Dont buy the warranty.

Pretty light duty. Can but much larger heavier duty ones from Costco for the same price. I’m sure would will work fine but it’s not the one you think everyone has in their garage it’s much lighter duty

There's absolutely no way that I would ever put $2,400 lb as they say it's rated for built flimsy and overpriced

I purchased this shelving unit and after waiting a couple weeks to arrive I discovered it was missing a vertical support piece. I reached out to Vevor and was informed they had to do an internal investigation which could take several days. After a few days they said they would finally ship a replacement piece and after fighting they offered a $20 discount for the delay. After a few days I was finally informed that they could not provide me with the piece required and offered me a few more dollars as compensation and I was told to source the part myself. After fighting with them for the next two weeks I was finally able to receive a full refund on the item. Most times I would receive only one message a day and when I asked to be able to speak with someone my request was ignored. I now have half the size of shelf I required for my garage as I have yet to be able to find a piece suitable to complete the unit. Do better Vevor!!
