why do you always supply these items with an EU plug, we do not use those in Ireland, I'm sick of changing plugs on everything I buy from you.

After the first 2 or 3 staples it stopped getting them hot enough to even stay in the plastic.

The welding gun is good but the soldering ion is heating up very slowly and not really hot enough

First time I use this unit since i bought it a month ago, started using the unit at around 10:30 AM today, by 12:30 PM, it stopped working. It is not heating anymore. I hope that Vevor will be able to communicate back to me and find a solution to this issue. I am unable to finish the job; photo attached. I need to finish this job; either send me a replacement unit, have it repaired, or refund me so I can buy a better unit. Very disappointed.

i never got my plastic welder although the fed ex pic apparently showed it i have lived in the same location since 2008 and have only one time not received any packages and it happened to be this welder ,Whether the tool was left or not or picked up by the fed ex driver i do not know .i did get the other 2 tools delivered the same day they claim i got it .,,in closing i did buy one from ebay for less than half the price ,its red not yellow but i am really pissed because this isnt about 36 dollars this is about principle ,,l,,
