I bought the VEVOR MIG PRO 250 hoping for a reliable multi-process welder, but it has been nothing but absolute frustration since day one. I have had constant issues with this machine, specifically with the MIG gun assembly.No matter how much I adjust the tensioner, clean the drive rolls, or check the alignment, the wire constantly bird-nests at the feeder the second I pull the trigger. It seems like the internal feed mechanism or the liner in the included torch simply cannot handle smooth wire delivery. I have wasted more time cutting tangled wire out of the drive gears and replacing tips than actually welding anything.Between the terrible wire feeding, the constant birds' nests, and general reliability issues, this machine has been completely unusable for my projects. Save your money and frustration and buy a welder with a higher-quality feed system and gun setup. I cannot recommend this machine to anyone.

Got this today. Seems good until I started welding. I was welding with it and when I was done the wire just kept coming out with the trigger released. What can you do to help me out?????

I had such high hopes for this welder. I looked at it for weeks & weeks finally the day cam that I was able to buy it. I have used it on 3 or 4 small projects and I have never been so overwhelmed with disappointment. It has no power there is nothing wrong with my electric im running it through 220volts on a dedicated 30 amp breaker it just isn't anygood. I had a smaller on 130amp from som other company and that welder was stolen but it was twice the welder this one turned out to be. Im heart broken.

unboxed machine set up as per directions power comes on but doesnt work to feed wire through torch

Item arrived damaged, looks like used, not in proper packaging, ground cable has signed of being used,

The welder does no perform as required, the wire feed constantly slips and doe not provide the required wire to complete welds, this is dispite being on the required 0.8 roller. Zero customer help oafter we have provided all evidence requested. I have purchase another welder to compete the job. Not worth wasting $100

I paid for shipping protection & never received product or a refund from them so don’t believe that shipping protection protects your purchases it’s a scam to get more money out of you!!

Le mig n'a jamais fonctionné. Vevor m'a envoyé une vidéo explicative comme si je ne savais pas comment fonctionne une soudeuse J'attends un règlement de leurs part. Tres decu. Je vous reviens avec leurs solutions

I have been welding for almost 50 years and have used a myriad of welding equipment. This welder is not quality equipment nor designed to handle any were near the rated capacity. The mig gun is of very poor quality and only lasted a minutes before is started to melt down. Maybe a hobby type person could could use such a unit very infrequently but as for any mid size project I would never recommend this welder to any one It does not seem as if this was tested at the factory properly. When it did weld it did nice welds but only for a few minutes and the burn back with the wire sticking or melting to the contact tip was horrendous. If you want to learn welding look somewhere else.
