I find this little welder works very well for body work for a hobbyist, I have had fun using it. I am very pleased with the operation. I have had this for a couple of months now with no issues as yet.

I am surprised at how good this little welder works. I'm no pro but I've welded alot of sheet metal. I burned almost a full 2lb roll of wire this past weekend fixing rust holes on my car with 18g cold rolled steel and the welds look great. I burned through a few spots and was able to stitch the hole closed no problem. I would compare this to a Miller welder in how it feels. I gave it plenty of cool down time in between passes there's no way the duty cycle can be that good, right? We'll see how long it lasts.

Scrounga’s Workshop. Welds very well.
Purchased in May 26 and arrived in good condition. I’m very happy with the welder’s performance and love the synchronised amps/ wire feed speed. Lots of features for the price and I would purchase again. There is one annoying issue, the power switch. It’s on the rear of the welder which means you have to reach around to the back of the machine to switch it on or off. On my old machine I could switch it off at the power point but this machine has a built in cool down cycle so when you switch it off it stays on until it’s cool enough to shut down. That’s a great feature but my machine lives under the bench where it’s difficult to reach the back. Please put the power switch on the front.
