Purchsed this for our high school concession stand. We have used it for several weeks now. The install was not difficult. However the screws provided to attach the cover panels to the roller were totally inadequate. They were basic screws not sheet metal, and the pre drilled holes were not large enough, and even if they were there was nothing for the screws to bite into. My husband had to go purchase proper metal screws to complete that part of the install. Other than that the machine works perfectly!! Cooks and warms as described and upped our hot dog qualit. It also allowed us to add eggrolls and corn dogs to our menu! For cleaning, I reccomend letting the rollers continue to roll while you scrub them down. Also it helps a bunch if the rollers are still warm (not hot-not cold), and use a vinegar\water mix as the cleaner. I tried several other methods and cleaners, and this works the best by far! And bonus to using the vinegar solution I don't have to worry about any soap\chemical reisdue left on the roller.

This hot dog roller is the real MVP of snack time. It cranks out 30 hot dogs at once—basically turning my kitchen into a ballpark without the overpriced tickets. The rollers keep everything evenly cooked, no more chasing hot dogs around a frying pan like a rookie. Cleanup is a breeze, the cover keeps things neat, and it heats up so fast it’s like it knows you’re hungry. Sturdy, powerful, and makes you feel like you’re running your own concession stand—minus the long lines. Five stars, and I may start charging my friends admission just for the experience!

This is without a dought the best purches I have made in a long time. Would recommend to anyone it has alot of uses.
