Nice item but spout too long it needs to have options not only in tall but also on the lenght it is too long

Nice faucet - poor delivery via fed ex. I've sent several unfavorable surveys requested by vevor and fed ex - no response from either. Future purchases will focus toward local suppliers.

Never received this item. Yet they indicated it was delivered. It was not delivered to my address. I am the only address in the CLT with this number and street.

Had this installed to replace a basic 3 bay sink faucet as we needed the sprayer to allow for better reach and cleaning. As stated it was installed by commercial plumber but the hot water valve was leaking out of the box. Vevor offered a $66 refund as that was their best effort to resolve the situation. Would have been fine with a replacement or parts, but they deferred to the path of least resistance for themselves.

Every joint leaked despite my many efforts to fix them rather than completely removing and replacing it. I'm a licensed plumber and this was the worst faucet I've ever dealt with

I am very disappointed and not happy. I had emailed many times asking for the FedEx returned label. As of today, I still haven't received the label, instead I received an email from you this morning saying the issue has been solved. IT HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. I STILL NEED TO RETURN THE WRONG ITEM BACK.

I ordered the faucet and sink together because the website said they were compatible and could be used together. When I received my order, I opened the box, took a look, and tried to install them, but the faucet and sink weren’t compatible. Afterward, I wrote a message and sent an email to return the faucet, but I still haven’t received a response. I want to return the faucet and get my money back. Please help me with this —I don’t want the faucet anymore.

Bad gaskets, weak screws, cheap finish. Item leaked after 30days of use at spout do to poor tolerance in provided o-rings. Silver finish is flaking off. Would not buy again or recommend.

This was an exact fit replacement, however, this is not designed for very hot water, all seals leak within a week or so, replace seals and o rings, but it will start leaking, great price for the product just doesnt hold up to high water temps in a commercial kitchen.

I bought 2 faucets, then I installed one of faucet is slowly running when open maximum water. I want to return this one. Please reply for me ASAP. My email: raymondtongk2r@hotmail.com
