Kevin It's a good price and lays down very well.

The fabric is light and not as heavy as i thought it would be, however it is working in controlling the weeds in my bed. A few weeds popped through the fabric but they are all the same type of weed, and no other types are making it through.

Does the job. Be aware that this mat does not drain, literally! You need to punch holes in it far water to drain which defeats the purpose to some extent but decent runoff angle will avoid that problem. Third lot I've bought, all have the same issue with drainage.

Quality was good. I would recommend doubling it up. And if you have poor drainage It will not help but it's definitely not bad quality It's pretty good, especially for the cost.
You may need additional staples. If you're working on areas with lots of different angles

Much more durable new than the "landscape fabric" products readily available retail. Price/sq ft was a bit high but I did not want rest of a 300 foot roll to store. It will be covered in pea gravel so protected from the sun so I assume long term durability will be pretty good.
