Bei der Google-Suche wurde die Maschine als Fleischschneider angezeigt. Doch in der Beschreibung steht ausdrücklich, dass die Maschine nicht zur Fleischverarbeitung geeignet ist. Ich würde sie gerne zurückgeben und hoffe, dass ich mein Geld zurückbekomme.

Die Maschine zerkleinert die Zwiebeln und dabei zerquetscht das Produkt, ich hab die für Zwiebeln gebraucht und damit funktioniert das nicht

It does not chop onions or cilantro as beautifully and evenly like the video or pictures. It bruises cilantro and just pulverized the onion while also leaving huge chucks.

I bought the VEVOR food processor and vegetable chopper and it does not works as it was advertised on the VEVOR website, all the vegetables such as green onions and tomatoes are left mushy and puréed. The website shows a picture of a chopped green onion and it looks great but in reality it’s way different. The veggies are left mushy. Additionally, when I reached out to customer support I’ve been given the run a round without any solution. They first offered me $43 dollars as compensation and I could keep the machine, when I refused, I was then offered $128 and to keep the machine as well. I refused again because I do not have used for a machine that doesn’t work, and communication stopped with customer support. How hard is it to get a complete refund and to send you your machine back?

After contacting customer service to purchase some new blades I get only automated response that is asking for a video of my problem. The problem is you don’t offer replacement blades for your equipment.
