I run a medium size bakery in SW Western Australia . I have been very happy and surprised with this machine . I wanted the 750w but was out of stock. So went with the 550w . It does all it claims . My main use is pasties . It is very similar to the old DITO machines even blades .
Its got numerous safety features to keep staff safe. My only problem is discount codes dont auto fill from links , Double check.
