I was looking to buy more of a discontinued product and found this. It was exactly what I needed and shipping was excellent. If you are unsure what the material is like, it reminds me of a bicycle inner tube but not as stretchy.

Shawn Pond Liner, cheap but well made.

We installed this pond liner in 2025, so far so good. It was a little stiff initially but after laying it out in the sun for 30 minutes or so we were able to get it to follow the curves of the pond we dug. We filled the bottom with fairly large rocks, I've never done this before so I was a little worried about ripping the liner but it held solid. I'm not sure what else to say about a sheet of plastic, it did the job well and it did it at about half of the cost of buying one from home depot.
