Absolute Katastrophe, Gerät ist undicht, Diesel in der Halle, und das bei zwei Geräten, Kundenservice Kümmerts nicht

Only second time using it and diesel started to come out of intake. Contacted them and email upon email , finally sent me a video of a totally different heater , with video of fuel line , totally irrelevant to problem with mine, just stalling for time. Diesel leaking internally is a dangerous problem. It was lucky I spotted it. Faulty product and awful after sales have to wait 24/48 hours between emails. I will be going a different route now as these just kick the can down the rd.

Have 2 of these already, both broke after a year, when they work they are fantastic, when they break they are no simple fixes, this is my third heater in 2 years, this one took over a month to arrive

Købte denne diesel varmer da den gamle gik i udo.. synes den gamle varmede bedre det var samme model bare i lys.. Den gamle kunne snildt holde temperatur på 18 grader på ca. 25 kvm. Den her kan snige sig op på 17 grader på en god dag

Avantages : Chauffe relativement bien Facile a démonter Inconvénients : Consomme pas mal (4l/jours) Fait du bruit (pompe gasoil qui claque) Notice et inscription anglaises Dur à fixer définitivement loin d’un mur (car il est compliqué de se reprendre sur l’échappement pour l’ allonger car le brûleur n’a pas assez de force pour évacuer les gazs d’échappement et donc il s’étouffe. Le tuyau d’échappement d’origine et court et brullant (selon la paroie)

Really like the heater works very well and the cheapest thing I know of fuel wise, no smell at all, but one winter and not using it all the time just in my box van the fan quits, now I have to pay more for the fan then I paid for the whole unit that's unexplainable to me,

Dieseltank war undicht . Schlechte Montage bei der Dieselleitung.

First, I received the product after prolonged reclamation to carrier. The display cannot be maintained more than 30 seconds. I tried to start the heater, two long hours, but I cannot. The fuel pipe it's impossible to be primed. I will try after several days when will I calm down after so many attempts. The exhaust pipe is too short and it's impossible to find something suitable to extend it. Not recommended!!

Szerintem túl sokat fogyaszt és nagyon hangos a gép pedig azt írták hogy ez már a halk verzió! A fűtése lehetne erősebb! Kezelése egyszerű nincs gond vele!
