Nothing wrong with Heater. But Shipping and Tracking sucks. You will not get any item from Vevor even close to the date they say Expected. Customer Service is nonexistent. Only AI. Good luck!

A bit under whelming ....

I bought this to heat up a bedroom in a house in winter while renovations were happening & so.e nights had no power . It gets semi warm but never hot , I expected it to get toasty warm but it never ever did , had to put more clothes on & its very noisey, sou ds like a jet plane is about to take off when its running , so you would have to baffle the intake . Haven't used the product yet, alot of issues with delivery, mediocre response time and offered a refund of $20 as a gesture of good faith but nowhere to respond and asking for account numbers or friends account numbers to send refund to------------ would be easier to refund the original account that paid for it but what do I know.

This thing worked for 2 hours then quit i have been playing back and forth with there so called team jumping through hoops trying to prove it's defective... after sending the video they requested I've gotten silence and a window on the chat that says im up next for over 24 hrs don't buy these they are faulty

We carefully explain our delivery instructions on all orders. Vevor screwed it up again as they could not deliver and took a few weeks to find and refund. They are not able to read clear delivery instructions. bummer
