Volevo fare il reso perché l'articolo non soddisfava le mie esigenze ma loro invece mi anno proposto di tenere il prodotto ovviamente con il rimborso completo però non possono scrivere che il reso si può fare entro 30gg è poi quando fai la richiesta di reso non è accettato non acquisterò più niente 😡😡

only had this thing 3 months, and it stopped working error code 09, spoke to vevor they send they wanted to send me a part to fix it !!!! i said no you have 12 month warranty right on the front page of this i want my money back or a new unit, they said they would send me $20 back for my troubles only nothing more.... DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT HONOR THERE WARRANTY !!!!!!!

Pessimo, e arrivato non funzionante ho chiesto di sostituirlo ho di trovare una soluzione ma sembra che a loro non importa sodisfare un cliente, anzi non gli importa proprio sono molto deluso e per me e l’ultima volta che compro da loro

Leider keine versprochene 8KW Heizleistung, auch bei Volllast,, also Stufe 6 und einer angezeigten Heiztemperatur von über 200Grad, kann ich mit der Hand direkt an den Heißluftaustritt anfassen. Auch die Abgastemperatur ist in 10 bis 15 cm vom Auspuff entfernt nicht wirklich heiß. Also die versprochenen 8 KW stimmen auf keinen Fall, denke werden max. 2 KW sein, denn an meiner fest verbauten in D zugelassenen Einbauheizung 2KW kann ich nicht in den Heißluftstrom rein fassen… Bin schon sehr enttäuscht

Typical cheap nonsense, dead right out of the box, Bluetooth app doesn't work, pump error, and 100 YouTube videos of people telling you to completely disassemble and check everything before using, what a joke

Arrived in pieces. Damaged beyond repair. From what I saw the quality was junk. Instructions were terrible. Would not recommend.

Nachdem ich die englische Anleitung studiert habe, habe ich die Heizung auch zum laufen gebracht. Nervig ist die Sprachsusgabe die man wohl nicht abstellen kann. Aber noch viel nerviger ist, dass die Heizung plötzlich aus geht. Alle Lüfter und das Display sind aus, reagiert nicht mehr auf Knopfdruck und es kommt Rauch aus dem Ansaugrohr. Das ist ganz zufällig mal läuft es nur 3 Minuten, manchmal 20 Minuten.
