I purchased a VEVOR Diesel Air Heater with high hopes, but my experience has been concerning due to a significant safety issue. Upon opening the unit for an initial inspection, I discovered fiberglass insulation within the main interior compartment, without any warnings it is fiberglass, there is no in product description or manual. This is problematic because the fibers could easily become airborne and be blown into the living space, posing a risk of skin/eye irritation and inhalation issues. It was a very bad experience, I had my fingers iritated, and I needed to clean contaminated room. I might have also inhaled some particles of it without knowing. I did not contact customer support yet regarding this health hazard. I will be after finishing my review. The potential health hazard makes it unsuitable for use in an enclosed space without significant modification and cleanup (wearing appropriate PPE, like a respirator and goggles, during cleanup). For the safety of other consumers, VEVOR should use a better, contained insulation material. I cannot recommend this product due to this serious quality control issue. You can see fiberglass in the description picture white textile for fume extraction. My advice when you get this product, throw away white textile instantly, dont even open it from the bag. Find better solution form fume extract.

Ordered a month ago and still haven't seen it.

I must have got a lemon, been a lot of problems with it but Vevor may issue a refund we shall see.

Voila, J'en ai un qui est installé et fonctionne depuis 5 ans. C'est un 5 Kw, donc j'ai eu un peu froid l'hiver passé, j'ai donc pris un 8 Kw. Démontage de l'ancien et remontage du nouveau Max 10 Min. Il a fonctionné 3 heures, ensuite erreur E10, ou E8, Je remplace la pompe, c'est repartit pou 2-3 heures. Donc, je remet la pompe d'origine et 2-3 heures après en panne. J'ai remis l'ancien 5 Kw, et au moment ou je vous écrit, cela fait 5 jours qu'il tourne. Voila, Bonne journée

Haven't used the product yet, alot of issues with delivery, mediocre response time and offered a refund of $20 as a gesture of good faith but nowhere to respond and asking for account numbers or friends account numbers to send refund to------------ would be easier to refund the original account that paid for it but what do I know.

Sono giorni che provo a restituire un prodotto inutilizzabile acquistato per errore. Il problema di questa azienda é questo se qualcosa va male i soldi sono buttati perché é praticamente impossibile fare un reso. Ci mettono tanto a rispondere e quando lo fanno é con un'altra domanda. Non consiglio acquisti da loro.

This thing worked for 2 hours then quit i have been playing back and forth with there so called team jumping through hoops trying to prove it's defective... after sending the video they requested I've gotten silence and a window on the chat that says im up next for over 24 hrs don't buy these they are faulty
