Purchased one of these as my old heater went out, decided to try the vevor rather than the espar, got it installed, it worked for about 2 weeks then quick working, it took over 4 months for them to finally replace it. Mind you I boxed up the old one, shipped it off, and it still took forever tk get a replacement. I had to email in twice asking if I was getting even the broken one back or my money or something and after another month they finally said "sorry for the delay" and they would get the new one to me. A month later it shows up. The entire process successfully brought me to the warm season where I dont even need it so I havent even installed this new one. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't idk. But a warranty and service that takes months is ridiculous.

Cette maudite cochonnerie est un vrai calvaire à installer de façon sécuritaire tout comme les multiples options de connection de filtration et même d' entretien préventif. Reste à savoir combien de saison hivernale cette cochonnerie fonctionneras de façon optimale sans être encrasser de toute forme de suie ou autres pour au final être KO ou encore s' enflammer pour tout mettre le voisinage en danger.

Le chauffage a fonctionné deux fois , et je n'ai à présent plus d'alimentation à l'écran digital .Le fusible est bon ,et le courant ne ressort pas du circuit intégré primaire .

a fonctionné 1 ans seulement , briser. quand ca fonctionne c est genial.

Hier à la suite de mon achat par erreur, j'ai immédiatement chaté avec vous et cancellé cet achat . avec le no de commande. J'ai maintenant le problème de retourner ce colis livré aujourd'hui.

I did not receive it they sent it back to sender today cause they couldn’t find my address and I was so mad I was looking forward to using it this winter in my car but I guess not I’m so frustrated
