Used it twice worked great, today got cold again fired up and keeps shutting off. Seems to be igniting issue. Kinda frustrating base used less than two tanks of fuel.

Took a while to catch prime . Next to no instructions on how to use it. Had to find everything on YouTube and even then couldn't figure out all the features in the screen. Once we got it running it's awesome to use. Just wish we could figure out all the features and wish it had way more detailed instru tons with how to access all the features

PROS: 1) Easy to install and uses only about 1/2 gallon per 12 hours on lowest setting; 2) The timer is easy to use and you do not have to reset it everyday (make sure you keep the thing fueled); 3) Aside from the fuel pump noise ALL of these types have, purrs like a kitten and VERY QUIET fan; 4) LOVE the two different modes of operation (e.g., set temperature or set operating level). CONS: 1) Temperature offset is only programmable from the hardwired controller and ONLY allows minus nine (-9) offset. For my needs need at least minus twenty-five (-25) offset and that is even with the controller remotely mounted; 2) The clock is HORRIBLY INACCURATE and advances 3-5 minutes per day. Would be superb if the Bluetooth app allowed programming features found on the hardwired controller; 3) Altitude displayed on APP is in meters only and temperature in Celcius only; 4) Need to be able to program timer (et al) from Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE); 5) The key-fob remote is terribly designed. If you accidentally touch "Off" the unit shuts down and you have to wait about 5 minutes to be able to restart. On the surface this does not sound like a problem until you find yourself fumbling around in the dark (nighttime) to try to increase/decrease the temperature and accidentally shut it down; 6) Need to be able to program clock from Bluetooth all (AirHeaterBLE). NOTES: 1) Overall a great item and could be FANTASTIC with a few updates to the Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE); 2) MOST significantly, needs to have the ability to set TEMPERATURE OFFSET up to -25 (minus twenty-five) degrees as the controller shows FAR hotter than actual temperature and that is even after mounting it far away from the heater; 3) The Bluetooth app needs to have an ADVANCED SETTINGS page where all the features can be changed/monitored appropriately. Doing this would be easier than an (impossible) firmware upgrade to the hardwired controller (i.e., those already out in the field). Would purchase again without hesitation, but sure hope they update the Bluetooth app and fix the clock innacuracy (maybe sync to phone time???).

Melted after a 4 months of use as a tiny house anti freezing measures. Instructions could use work by someone who is fluent in english (Not Slander).

I have only had it installed a couple weeks so i cant speak on the longevity of the unit, but i will say it cranks out heat. I have a 40' destination trailer. I mounted this unit in a tongue box and piped it in the wall. With both my furnace and this running it heats up from 55⁰ to 65⁰ in less than a half hr. The fuel consumption is relatively low unless i keep it running all night in which case it uses about a gallon of diesel. The remote is handy. The bluetooth app is absolute garbage tho. I got it to work once and not again. I also am not sure where the thermostat is located but the auto feature doesnt seem to work either.

App is shit, automatic mode is too hot/cold. Pump is noisy. And eventually today it won't start. It seems ntc temperature sensor is broken. Shows 163°C but it's about 0°C now.

Das Gerät ist einfach zu installieren und funktioniert gut Das Display ist mit einem Stecker versehen, nur leider ist da kein Verlängerungskabel, um das Display auf einer andere Stelle zu montieren. Man muss selbst ( max. 2m gemäß Herstellerangabe) ein Kabel dazwischen klemmen. Die Dieselpumpe ist ein Inline-Gerät, dass man deutlich aber nicht laut klacken hört. (das wegen Wohnmobil). Eine Zulassung für Einbau in Fahrzeuge hat es auch nicht (nach deutschen Gesetz). Vorsicht: Kann ohne 12V Converter nicht mit einer Lithium Batterie betrieben werden. Die 14,4-14,7V voll geladen oder 13,6V teilentladen beschädigen das Gerät. Vermutlich die Zündkerze. Leider steht das nirgendwo in der Bedienungs- oder Anschlussanleitung. Da wird nur von 12V gesprochen. Das Wort Lithium kommt nicht vor, obwohl das Netz, wenn danach gefragt wird, hier eindeutig ist: Geht nicht. Da muss bei dem Hersteller so was von bekannt sein! Das ist leider wohl Absicht und dem Hersteller anzulassen! Leider kommt eine Überspannungswarnung (E01) erst dann, wenn das Gerät defekt ist. Es war nach wenige Tage an einer lithium Batterie in Betrieb ohne diese Überspannungswarnung. Jetzt wird wohl die Glühkerze durchgebrannt sein, da ca 20% Überspannung anlag ohne Warnung! Reklamation wohl nicht möglich da die 12V nicht eingehalten wurden. Dabei ist seitens des Herstellers wohl von einer Fehlprogrammierung auszugehen: Die Warnung hatte sofort kommen sollen, bevor die Heizung gestartet wird und nicht erst, wenn die Glühkerze tot ist. Unverständlich: Wieso, wenn dies dem Hersteller bekannt ist, wird nicht eine DC-DC 12V Converter mit 12-15A (Einkauf Beispiel 5-10€) standardmäßig eingebaut. Dann gäbe es das Problem nicht, waren Kunden zufriedener, der Umsatz wurde steigern und das Ansehen der Firma gesteigert werden. Und es hatte viel mehr Sternchen gegeben. Und drei Zündkerzen mitgeliefert zum selber austauschen wäre auch super! Ach ja, der Dieseltank war mit nur 1 von 2 Schrauben befestigt und bei dem Gerät davor fehlten die Schrauben gänzlich. Es lohnt sich also ein Blick ins Innere. In Deutschland wird es für bis zu 109€ angeboten in Spanien zZ für 93€. Da ist also für einen fest eingebauten DC-DC 12V Converter durchaus finanzielle Marge! Und für ein gesteigertes Image folglich auch!
