J'ai acheté un chauffage vévor pour mon camping car et aprés montage je m'apercois de plusieurs disfonctionnement ( erreur de température ambiante , impossibilité de faire des réglages correct ...etc ) et quand j'essaie de contacter le service aprés vente , numéro de téléphone érroné , tchat ne fonctionne pas ainsi que la page de réclamation . Donc impossibilité de regler le problème . Par conséquent site à fuir .

Had to get a handy friend to help me install this. It is NOT quick, easy, or convenient. I cannot recommend enough that you buy from someone else and do not purchase Vevor heaters. How the hell is this company suggesting to use a wire hanger to install the fuel port in the side of the fuel tank? It has to be pushed through from the inside out and you recommend a hanger?? Why as soon as I touched the bare wires to the recommend 12v battery the fuse broke instantly? Why does vevor not allow for returns/exchanges and why in gods name is this SO DIFFICULT to install and setup? Whoever designed this needs to be fired for lying on their resume, they are NOT an engineer, they are a CRACKHEAD

Got it working after installation but fuel pump got stuck and is not pumping oil, I removed it cleaned it and ran the prime program but after a day it got stuck again. LCD screen buttons are not working, only works with remote control. Had the same heater for a year in my old camper before with zero issues, but not this time. Not good quality parts.

Leaks exhaust into room, support wouldn't help

Leaks exhaust and smells up my shop, customer support was useless, they required a video but closed the ticket before I had a chance to submit a video. Not that you could see the exhaust leaking out the heat side anyway I can just smell it. Do not recommend.
