I am a repeat customer who has bought several products from Vevor in the past, but this is the last time they will ever get a cent of my money. I bought their diesel heater and it was a total lemon right out of the box. The worst part isn't even the broken heater—it’s the fact that they flat-out refuse to stand behind their product. I didn't just rely on the standard warranty; I actually paid extra for a THREE-YEAR extended warranty. Even with that extra protection, they are giving me the runaround and haven't resolved a single thing. To the people saying "it’s only $100, just suck it up"—that is exactly what Vevor wants you to do. $100 is still hard-earned money, and a company shouldn't be allowed to ship trash and ignore their own legal "warranty" promises. I had plans to buy more equipment from them for my shop, but those plans are dead. Current status: My issue is STILL UNRESOLVED. They have my money, they have the extra money I paid for the protection plan, and all I have is a cold garage and a heater that doesn't work. Pros: None. Cons: Defective product, zero customer service, fake warranty, and they don't value loyal customers

After receiving it wouldn't fire up after trying to get through with customer service for a week I searched the issue on line. Ordered a glow plug off Amazon no issues sense. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

UPS f’d up. Ended up driving to warehouse to get it. Dented upon opening. Not the end of the world. It works great. Could not get it fired up, manual unclear. Get it on H mode. Not A mode.

simple to use. Price is alright and heats well. Note , exhaust doesn’t bend conveniently, difficult to adjust so it wont touch anything without take up a lot more space to maintain clearance.

Heat output is great, fuel efficiency is good, build quality is good, electric consumption is very small.. Bad points are that it has to be mounted well off the ground as the exhaust exits underneath, they don't show that in the campsite photos. Fuel pump is noisy.

Bonjour, Je n'ai pas encore mis ce moyen de chauffage en action et donc pas d'éléments pour laisser mon opinion sur celui-ci. Cela étant, je n'exclus pas de vous laisser un avis circonstancié quand je l'aurai testé. Bonne journée. Cdlt. PCH
