I bought this unit back in November. It leaked diesel fuel all over my floor and carpet through the fuel tank, I contacted VEVOR, their solution was to refund me $29 and I’m stuck with a nonworking unit told him I didn’t want $29. I wanted the unit replaced or at least a fuel tank that doesn’t leak, they’ve never got back to me, my recommendation buy it from another company that has customer service that you can contact by phone, Vevor used to be a good company. You could call them and deal with customer service direct not anymore. They’re losing my business over this.

It came with no intake as it was advertised nor does it have a hole to pass the exhaust if placed on the ground as it's supposed to be used.

Wired the brand new unit up and it will not turn on, the LCD is dead. After further diagnosing I found there is no 5V going from the main control board out to the LCD controller. Vevor is sending a part but I am not sure if they are sending the proper part. Time will tell.

Horrible!! Keeps giving me an E-01 and my battery is at 12.5! Junk! Do not buy!

This product doesn’t specify that it doesn’t come with a 110v plug so I can’t use it for the space I bought it for. I’m sure it may work as said but I’m unable to find out

Don't buy this mine was inoperable after just 72 hours of operating it will never buy a Vevor product again

Vevor 8k bluetooth deisel air heater. Junk. Ran 5 minutes when it first arrived. Went to turn it in again later when it got cold and nothing. Fuel pump won't run. No voltage from the controller. Custimer service chat is a run around to frustrate you into just giving up.

Never received the unit. Vevor's "shipping company" if that is what you want to call it, delivered it with photos to an address that wasnt mine. Vevor gave me the run around, told me I had to contact their shipping company, which I did. Nothing but more run arounds. I finally challanged the charges on my card.

Bought this and used it about 6 times. It runs for about an hour then shuts off. I’ve had 3 different error codes come up. This thing is junk

Vevor is the worst company ever for customer service. No agent will talk to live. Talking with an AI Robot is No Way to provide customer service. My package went back and forth between 5 sorting stations for a week before it was delivered ……. all my information was correct. Again even to ask questions about a product or now to get any sort of after purchase of accessories etc is going to be a night mare Never again Vevor productts.. there are many other companies
