I bought the 2kw Vevor heater because it was cheaper than the parts to fix my Espar D2. This is a decent kit; it comes with everything you need to get set up and running. I installed this in my Kenworth, and it bolted right into the same spot the Espar was in. I had to extend the wires for the digital display a few feet since the harness wasn’t long enough to reach the location of the Espar’s controller. I really like the remote control; I can start the unit from the driver’s seat and have it warmed up before I stop driving for the day. My only complaint is that although it’s rated the same 2kw as my old heater, it really struggles to keep my cab warm. (Today it’s 6 degrees F. outside) This unit will run set at 100% and keep the truck at 60-65 degrees F. The old Espar would easily keep the cab 75-80 degrees set at 50%. I think it would be better to look at the 5kw Vevor unit instead if you’re replacing a 2kw genuine Espar D2 airtronic heater.

Arrived with a faulty glow plug. I have to order a replacement otherwise the heater seems good

Well priced and does heat well. Found the instructions to be wanting especially for the controller when trying to prime the diesel through to get it started the first time. Also had to replace the pipe clamps it came with a they are cheap and broke easily. The remote is average as doesn't always work but all in all its worth the price.

This is a replacement for the first heater that only worked 3 times before completely failing. The reseller refused to replace it under warranty so I was forced to buy another to replace it. This one seems to be working ok so far. Only time will tell how long it lasts.

Got it working. But had to rely on specialist installation in caravan by my son in law, who knows about caravans and is an Electrician. Doesn't seem to respond to the temperature setting. So we will turn it off when sufficient heat has been delivered.

Le chauffage fait un bruit énorme alors que mon ancien ne faisait pas de bruit et il reste bloqué sur le mode auto le mode manuel ne fonctionne pas il reste toujours à grande vitesse même à la vitesse 1 et en mode auto il veut pas descendre en dessous de 25 degrés alors que je lui demande 19 degrés

Le chauffage fonctionne mais ne régule pas. Quelle que soit la température de consigne affichée, il la dépasse sans jamais arrêté de chauffer. Pour 8 degrés demandé, a 26 degrés il chauffe toujours. La notice stipule pourtant bien qu il fonctionne en automatique avec une température réglable de 8 a 36 degrés...En attente d un retour des services techniques Vevor...

I received my Vevor 2 KW diesel heater and installed it in my van. All went well until I powered on the unit. At this point the controller would not light up. After working with "support" I was given a video on things to troubleshoot. After reviewing the video and completing the steps the controller still will not power up. Support required several pictures and then agreed to send a new controller. Support told me it would take 15 days to send a new controller. The process with support as been very slow and I am very unhappy with the whole situation. Support has stated that the will replace or refund the unit should the controller not solve the issue. I am still waiting for the part. If the part works, and after I am able to run the unit, I will update this review. Over the whole purchase has been disappointing at best.

Me llego con el tubo de toma de aire exterior desviado asi que no puede montarse bien en la base. Normal supongo en un proceso de fabricacion de productos de bajo precio, el problema es que Vevor i el atencion al cliente se lavan las manos. No sorprende, pero para futuros compradores es algo a tener en cuenta.

Runs at full, cannot turn it down, thermostat control does not work. Very noisy fan. Doesn't make the van warm when it is below about 10c outside. Very disappointed.
