Email customer service no response
I bought this heater upon receiving it. It will not power on. It won’t do anything. Reached out to customer service to return it and still haven’t received any response.

Le produit est bien penser mais il est en panne il m indique erreur 6 toute les 46mn environ et je dois le relancer j ai tout vérifier plusieurs fois mon installation tout vas bien il y a a mon avis un défaut sur la ventilation.

I didn't get the Diesel Heater. Contact customer service and they need 48 hours to resolve the issue. It is more then 20 days I don't have any answer. Never going buy again.

Llevo esperando más de 14 días el reembolso de 30€ por retraso y pérdida del envío anterior. Dijeron que en 24 48h tendría en paypal los 30€ aún estoy esperándolo porque dicen que está en revisión.
