Cela fait plus d’un mois que je suis en rapport avec les services pour obtenir une solution un problème de dysfonctionnement aujourd’hui, je n’ai rien de concret. C’est une pure perte. Le matériel ne marche pas, j’ai toujours pas de solution

Good little heater, no warranty, mine quit and they wouldn't warranty it.
Don't buy the extra warranty they don't stand behind it.
I'm very disappointed.

Junk stopped working in less than 90 days no abuse just stopped working I’ve purchased a number of these from different companies this is the most expensive and the 1st to die in less than 90 days buy elsewhere

ND Missing critical screw
Unit has manufacturing defect, opened a ticket, ticket can no longer be found in the app or website -- they just throw a system error. Can't get support, can't get chat to work either.

J'ai acheté un chauffage vévor pour mon camping car et aprés montage je m'apercois de plusieurs disfonctionnement ( erreur de température ambiante , impossibilité de faire des réglages correct ...etc ) et quand j'essaie de contacter le service aprés vente , numéro de téléphone érroné , tchat ne fonctionne pas ainsi que la page de réclamation . Donc impossibilité de regler le problème . Par conséquent site à fuir .

Habe die Heizung einbauen lassen, vom Fachmann. Leider ging sie nie, hat mir dolle weiß geraucht. Der Kundendienst hat mir ein Ersatzteil geschick zum selber einbauen...
Witzig!
... Und der Fachmann kostet immer Geld. Da kauf ich mir dann lieber gleich ne funktionierende Heizung und habe dann keinen Ärger...

Never got them ? They make a good product but they ship with 3rd product and they lose packages … if your going to buy anything from them do it at your own risk you may or may not ever get what you order
