Sicuramente più rumoroso di quello verticale , problemi di fumi di scarico , rumorosità , e odore plastico fastidioso dell'aria riscaldata all'interno

Bin langjähriger Kunde und wollte jetzt das erste Mal ein Gerät, das ich mir dann doch anders vorgestellt habe, zurücksenden. Es wurde ein derartiges Problem und Theater daraus gemacht, wie zum Beispiel ich hätte die Rückgabefrist überzogen obwohl ich am gleichen Tag der Anlieferung die Rückgabe veranlassen wollte usw. Tage lange Korrespondenz ohne Ergebnis, jetzt habe ich mich letzt endlich dazu entschlossen dieses Heizgerät nicht zurückschicken obwohl ich es nicht brauche und verwenden kann. Ich werde mir aber in Zukunft sehr genau überlegen ob ich bei VEVOR noch einmal bestelle. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Michael Bele

I was very disappointed by this heater. It worked perfectly for 1 use overnight. The next day it shut down after 10 minutes with an over temp warning. I contacted vevor support with the E-05 code and a detailed description of what happened. I then had to go out in the cold and take a video for them so I could prove it did what I said. I could understand if I wanted a refund but I just wanted a replacement. After watching the video they determined it was the temperature sensor. They are sending a replacement sensor which will take possibly 2-3 weeks to arrive possibly longer due to its around Christmas. Then I have to disassemble the heater and replace the sensor. In my opinion I shouldn't have to replace the sensor. I was sold a product that failed after 8 hours of use. I should have been offer a replacement unit. Not just the part that I now have to replace myself. I will be sticking to other brands from here out. Even if they are a bit more expensive.

I ordered a second heater for my tiny home after fully seating up the machine it won’t power on I contacted customer support and have been getting the run around on a replacement heater

All worked when I got it and tested it. Then decided to put away for awhile and when I went to use it for a set up the remote didn't work. I did all troubleshooting and contacted vevor about purchasing a new remote at my cost. After several emails and chats vevor couldn't help me replace my remote. Sad that they cant support customers even when they offer to purchase a product to keep the vevor product going.

Le chauffage fonctionne mais ne régule pas. Quelle que soit la température de consigne affichée, il la dépasse sans jamais arrêté de chauffer. Pour 8 degrés demandé, a 26 degrés il chauffe toujours. La notice stipule pourtant bien qu il fonctionne en automatique avec une température réglable de 8 a 36 degrés...En attente d un retour des services techniques Vevor...
