Il prodotto è stato comprato ad un buon prezzo , ma arrivato con notevole ritardo ( non per colpa del venditore che comunque non sapeva dare nessun tipo di informazioni riguardo la spedizione !!!! ) ricevuto il 6/12 lo ho provato senza mai riuscire ad avviarlo , perdite di gasolio , messaggi di avaria generale ... Ho consultato la guida di installazione seguendo tutti i passaggi , più volte , ma il riscaldatore non è mai partito. Ho contattato immediatamente l' assistenza clienti che ha chiesto foto e video della situazione ,s ad oggi non sanno ancora dare una risposta, nemmeno alle mie richieste di rimborso , almeno tramite un buono dello stesso valore per poterne acquistare un altro .. Quindi : ottimi prezzi , ma sperate che vada sempre tutto bene ... altrimenti avrete dei problemi !!!!!

Crap from new , pump runs very erratic and constantly gives E 5 code Ive tried every scenario to be tried to remedy this. No phone help only e-mail. If from big box store I would return it but I'm probably stuck with $110.00 boat anchor.

Premier ressenti super ça chauffe, mais seulement après un plein donc 5 litres de gasoil pour voiture je précise E8. Plus de chauffage, plus rien ne fonctionne puis E10. J'ai contacté le service client vevor en leur expliquant le problème il mon seulement rembourser 26,90€ sur la totalité du chauffage 8kw. Le chauffage n'a fonctionné que 2 jours, vraiment déçu du produit et du retour de vevor. Je ne recommande pas l'achat.

Not at all impressed. Features are great and price great but ran less that 2 gallons of fuel through it and now its throwing error codes E08. Battling with vevor now for 5 days and to no avail. Unit is less than a month old amd cant even get support or a return or a response back from them. Very frustrating as I've bought many things on vevor and never been dissatisfied. Customer support is a joke. I do believe this unit may have been flawed and just an issue with it as these seem to work well for people but the lack of cooperation from support is very sad.

Fuelpume sugerør luft en plass så man får ikke tent flammen.feil E10..har prøvd å lufte men det kommer bare mere luft.måtte betale 500 kr ekstra for å få ut pakken.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Ich habe die Dieselheizung bestellt und diese wurde auch zeitnah geliefert. Die Anleitung ist nur in Englisch und für mehrere Modelle, was etwas verwirrend ist. Nach Installation und erster Inbetriebnahme lief die Heizung auch für ca. 10 Minuten ohne Probleme. Dann konnt é man das Display bzw. die Tasten am Display nicht mehr bedienen. Eine Regulierung der Leistung oder ein Ausschalten war 7 ist nicht mehr möglich. Das Gerät ist ansonsten gut verarbeitet, aber so leider nicht nutzbar. Deshalb keine Kaufempfehlung.

Got an error on day 367 of owning it and running it one winter. This winter it failed 2 days after warranty expired and vevor is not of any help whatsoever 🤷‍♂️

Bought this heater and two days after it crapped out.got a hold of vevor and they would not give me a refund or a replacement instead they send me a glow pug that took two weeks and did not fix the problem.

Venter fortsatt på diesel lufrvarmer, derfor kan eg ikkje vurdere kjøpet enda.!!!
