Heater works great no issues , but could not get the remote to work, other than the remote it is a very good product, may have to watch a UTube video to get it figured out as the instructions are poor.

Ottimo

This coffee heating cup works great it take about 30 minuets to heat water to make my instance coffee in my work van saves me money by not having to go to gas station just to get coffee. What I don't like is that it doesn't bring water to a boil it runs on 60 watts I plan on buying the next size up in heating model 120 watts that does bring water to a boil which I will use to make instant soups/noddels and coffee in a franch coffee press when I have the time they don't cost a lot and the best part is they make great all around drinking cups they have exallant hot and cold insulation so they keep drink hot or cold and the stainless steel is very easy to keep clean
