Eine sehr schlechte Standheizung. Stromfresser und keine Heizleistung. Der Anbieter weigert sich sie zurück zu nehmen. Kaufen Sie die nicht!

Le produit est bien penser mais il est en panne il m indique erreur 6 toute les 46mn environ et je dois le relancer j ai tout vérifier plusieurs fois mon installation tout vas bien il y a a mon avis un défaut sur la ventilation.

Heizung wurde vom Fachmann vor Einbau mehrfach getestet, ohne Funktion.
Treibstoff Diesel wurde aufgefüllt, Auspuff und Lufteinzug wurden laut Vorschrift installiert.
Nach mehreren Startversuchen 8 - 10 mal geht Heizung immer, ständig auf Fehler E10 und schaltet ab.
Heizung läuft an, Lüfter geht, Pumpe taktet und ist entlüftet, Heizung zündet nicht und aus Auspuff kommt nur weißer Rauch, ohne Heizfunktion, Zündfunktion. Nach 4-5 Minuten versucht Steuerung einen Neustart auch ohne Funktion und schaltet dann immer mit Fehler " E 10 " ab. Mehrfacher Versuch, ohne Erfolg !
Möchte fehlerhafte Dieselheizung sofort Umtauschen, zurück schicken.
Bitte schnellste Klärung und Zusendung einer funktionierenden Heizung, es ist kalt im Winter!

Never Again Disappointed

After a month of waiting for it to never arrive. Customer service was horrible and of no help. It was excuse after excuse. This was my first and last time ever ordering anything from Vevor.

I didn't get the Diesel Heater. Contact customer service and they need 48 hours to resolve the issue. It is more then 20 days I don't have any answer. Never going buy again.

Llevo esperando más de 14 días el reembolso de 30€ por retraso y pérdida del envío anterior. Dijeron que en 24 48h tendría en paypal los 30€ aún estoy esperándolo porque dicen que está en revisión.
